It is my goal as your therapist to be a warm, empathetic, nonjudgmental listener, dedicated to helping you explore insight to yourself, assist you in identifying goals, solving problems, and working on growth in all areas of your life. Working as a team, it is my hope that you will find balance and equilibrium in your life. It would be my honor to walk along side you, to assist you with learning new skills and finding a new and empowered you! I have experience working with youth and adults who are struggling with stress management, depression, anxiety, adjustment, trauma, grief, relationship problems and LGBTQ issues.
